How do I set-up my account?

• Click the ‘Create an Account’ link.
• Complete the 'Create an Account' form. We use this information to look-up your record in our hospital's information system.
• Verify the address and click “Yes, that’s my account”.
• Enter an email address where you can receive a temporary password.
• Use the temporary password to login and complete the account set-up process.
• You are now ready to begin using the site.
• If you do not wish to set-up an account at this time, you can still pay a bill today using our Bill Pay Express service.

Why pay bills online?

Timely Payment Discount — Most online payments qualify for a timely payment discount of 15% or more. Please read the Wright Medical Center Discount Policies for more details.

Up-to-the-Minute Information — There is no need to wait until you receive a paper statement in the mail to view your recent account activity. As soon as payments and adjustments are posted to your account, you can see them too.

Convenient — Paying your healthcare bill online saves you postage and takes less time. You can save time by setting up a recurring payment to automatically pay large bills.

You will receive a copy of your receipt in your email and can always log on to see a history of your payments.

If you have a question about a bill, you can conveniently and securely ask your question using the secure messaging tool. You will receive an email notifying you when your question has been answered containing a link to retrieve the answer.

Secure — Paying your bill online is more secure than sending a check in the mail. All information is viewed and submitted over a SSL encrypted connection. This avoids placing your checking account or credit card information in an envelope where it may be susceptible to prying eyes.
