Mission Statement:  The mission of Wright Medical Center's Education Department is to provide all staff (clinical, support and leadership) the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve Wright Medical Center's strategic plan and yearly goals, and to make Wright Medical Center an exceptional place for patients to receive care and employees to work. This will be accomplished by offering and arranging for a variety of educational opportunities that encompass the department's core values of relevancy and quality.

Relevancy:  The classes fulfill a need, as identified by the workforce development plan, federal and state regulations, Press Ganey surveys, and internal staff communication.

Quality:  The classes have defined objectives, are delivered with impact and clarity, and are cost-effective.
